Is Online Church Service Alright With The Almighty
More and more folk are using online church services as a way to worship and hear God’s word. Is it O.K. To interact this way re our church participation? Let me give you a short background about myself. I have been a Christian for more than 20 years and have been concerned in 1 or 2 ministries related to the church from leading Bible studies, serving on church boards and participating in short term mission trips. Have also had the privilege of leading worship. I feel it’s critical to have an experience of what God calls us to when He commands us to be connected to a church.
Gnuine Reasons For Using Online Church Services?
Let’s begin with, what’s your motive or reason for employing a Online service? Are you disabled or or unable to get to a church due to physical restrictions? Perhaps you have job that does not allow you to get to church when the services are being held. No matter what the reason, there are bonafide ones for not being able to make it there.

It is unhappy to say that here in America many people use these services because they just do not want to make an effort to go Sun. mornings. It is way easier to switch on the tube or computer and just watch or hear a service. You do not have to cope with folks or drive in useless weather. Perhaps you just don’t like to sing. Is this you?
I inspire you to look deep into your soul and ask yourself, am I making excuses, am I just being lazy or unrelenting? You could be thinking that as long as you perform some kind of spiritual duty on Sunday that all will be right with Almighty God. Be careful if this is the argument for God judges the heart and motive of us all. He knows full well if we are playing games or not.
Are You Part Of The Body Of Christ?
If you are a true follower, you’re a member of the church body. So if you are using Online church services the physical church body is missing a part. God has sanctified you with spiritual gifts to be utilized in the working of the church. The church in total wishes you to be exercising those gifts in the body to help to make it complete while doing the work of the Lord. I’ll say resolutely that you are going to find more satisfaction, more joy being at church rather than just watching church
